This document outlines the rules for our services.

Service Provided

Golf instruction services at an indoor facility located in Los Angeles, California. All lessons are provided on a one-on-one basis unless a group session is specifically discussed and agreed upon with the coach before purchasing a package.

Important: Coaching fees are separate from the indoor facility fees. Coach Nondh is an independent, professional golf instructor.

Payment, Cancellations & Transfers

All lessons must be paid for in advance. In the event that a lesson is conducted prior to receipt of payment, the student remains fully responsible for, and legally obligated to remit, the full payment for that lesson.

• Cancellations and No-Shows: You must cancel a lesson at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge. If you don’t show up for a scheduled lesson without giving 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full amount. This can be waived only with a doctor’s certification of sickness or proof of an emergency.

• Coach’s Right to Cancel: Coach Nondh reserves the right to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, you will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson.

• Refunds: All services are non-refundable. However, you can transfer any remaining lessons within your package to a family member or friend, as long as they are used before the package expiration date.

• Rescheduling: All rescheduling requests are subject to approval by your coach and are based on availability.

Client Portal & Lesson Booking

You may use the online portal to view your package details and upcoming appointments. Submitting a lesson request does not constitute a confirmed booking. All requested lessons are subject to approval by Coach Nondh. A lesson is only considered confirmed upon receipt of an official notification of approval, whether by email or text message.

Consultation Bookings

We offer an initial consultation designed as a one-on-one session to evaluate your game and goals, including coaching and analysis of your swing. A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance of $140 is due immediately after the lesson. The full consultation fee will be waived if you purchase any lesson package (e.g., a package of 5, 10, or 20 lessons).

You must cancel your consultation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Your deposit can be applied to a single rescheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel within this timeframe or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, but you will not be charged the remaining balance.

Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that golf instruction and practice carry inherent risks. You agree that we are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during your lessons, to the extent permitted by law.

Hands-On Instruction Policy

As part of golf instruction, the coach may use light, appropriate physical contact (such as adjusting a shoulder, arm, or hand) to help correct posture or swing mechanics.

• You may inform the coach at any time if you prefer not to receive physical adjustments.

• In such cases, the coach will provide posture corrections through verbal cues, demonstrations, or tools (e.g., alignment sticks).

• Your comfort and boundaries are always prioritized.

• By booking lessons, you acknowledge and accept this policy, unless you notify the coach otherwise.

Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates the facility’s rules or behaves in a disrespectful manner.

This website is owned and operated by Bay1 Golf LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of California. Content and services are provided by Coach Nondh (Nondh Amranand), providing services as the instructor for Bay1 Golf LLC
